• You may bet on different markets within the same match, but arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.

If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the related bet is voided and the stake is returned to your balance.

Sports Betting results are determined by official scorecards. Goldbet6 reserves the right to void any bets associated with a match found to be irregular or fraudulent.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — the same bonus cannot be redeemed multiple times.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you may withdraw winnings only after meeting the required wagering amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, applied on the first deposit.
• If a deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

• Points calculation: 1 point per ৳1,000 wagered on Sports Betting. Rates vary for casino games depending on the game type.
• Tiers are reviewed once every 3 months. Falling below the minimum points threshold may result in a downgrade to a lower tier.
• Diamond tier members are automatically enrolled in the High Roller program.
• VIP points are non-transferable and cannot be moved from one account to another.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Goldbet6. If any of these are detected, your account may be permanently suspended:

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses across more than one account.
• Opening an account or placing bets using another person's information.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or system bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or colluding with any organiser or player to place bets.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across different platforms to make risk-free profits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Providing betting services on behalf of other members or professionally for third parties.

Goldbet6 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions or prohibited activities.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on your account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Self-exclusion requested by you.

Before an account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (this does not apply in cases of terms violations). The reason for any account suspension will be communicated by email.
